Shipping Policy

Aqua Di Holy ships fragrance orders from our fulfillment operation or an approved fulfillment partner. Shipping options, prices, destinations, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Personalized, gift-set, pre-order, or limited-edition items may require additional preparation time, which will be shown on the product page or communicated after order placement.

Shipping destinations

We currently focus on United States shipping unless another destination is available at checkout. Some locations, carriers, PO boxes, parcel lockers, freight forwarders, or international addresses may be unavailable for fragrance products.

Fragrance shipping restrictions

Many fragrance products contain alcohol and may be treated as regulated, flammable, or limited-quantity goods in transit. We may restrict shipping method, carrier, destination, or speed to comply with carrier and safety requirements. Air shipping may not be available for some items.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume, address issues, security checks, and regulatory restrictions can delay a shipment after it leaves our facility.

Damaged, missing, or delayed packages

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or appears lost, contact us within 5 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Keep the product, box, packing material, label, and photos so we can review the issue and work with the carrier.
